What happens if there are issues with my order?

Once an order you have placed for delivery has been processed, you will receive a confirmation via email. The confirmation will contain your shipping address, your order number and all other information on your order. You can also check the most current order status. Just login to you Account and click on Order / Billing HIstory. If there are any problems with your order that we need your help to resolve, we will contact you by email.
