It is very easy to place an order with Etronics. You do not need to create an account prior to placing your first order. The information you input for your first order will automatically set up an account in your name with your initial online order.
To place an order with Etronics, you must follow the below steps. If you run across trouble, please refer to our Customer Service Section.

Please Note: Certain products offered on our Web site may not be fulfilled directly by Etronics therefore payment, shipping, and return policies may vary by individual seller or orders.
1. Find the Items You Would Like to Buy
You will first need to locate the products you would like to order by either browsing our merchandise or using our handy search feature. As a convenience to you, we have placed a keyword search box on the top of all pages on our site. We also have detailed navigation bars where you can search by product category or manufacturer. To learn more about each product click the name of the item to see review its product detail page. This page will provide comprehensive information about the product, including estimates of availability.
2. Add those Items to Your Shopping Cart
To order something, click the “Add to Cart” button on the product detail page for that item. After adding the item to your Shopping Cart, use the cart’s top navigation bar or the “Continue shopping” button to continue shopping until you are ready to check out. Items you wish to order must be located in your shopping cart; to review the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time, simply click on the "Shopping Cart" Button found at the top of each Web page.
3. Proceed to Checkout
The first thing you should do before checking out is to review the items in your Shopping Cart to make sure everything you want is in there and that the quantities are correct. When everything is as it should be and you are ready to order the items shown in your Shopping Cart, click on one of the many "Checkout options" we offer, This will bring you to the checkout page The following instructions will brief you on each step in filling out the order form. If you receive an error message or are having troubles of any kind, please refer to our Customer Service Section.
4. Create Your Account Indicate that you are a new customer by clicking the "Register & Checkout” button. Please note that this email address will be the only email to which we will transmit information regarding subsequent orders. By choosing a password for your account you will save time on future visits to Etronics because your shipping address and method of payment you provided during this first order will all be saved. Your password will also enable you to make changes to your account information or orders. Be sure to write your password down in a safe place so you can remember it next time you visit our site.
5. Supply a Shipping Address Please supply us with the address where you would like your order shipped. For instructions on shipping to an APO or FPO address, click here. Please enter the words “PO BOX” before your box number if you are shipping to a post office box, to ensure that your order is delivered by the U.S. Postal Service.
6. Select a Shipping Method
There are several different shipping methods available depending on how quickly you would like to receive your order. Please choose the one that best parallels your needs.
Just before you submit your order, we will provide estimated shipment dates. You will also see estimated shipment and delivery dates in the email confirmation we send to you.
For orders containing multiple items, you may receive more than one box.
Etronics will consolidate your order into the fewest shipments possible. We will communicate to you the minimum number of shipments required to fulfill your order. You can find the total shipping charges for your order on the order summary page which will appear just prior to submitting your order.
The next step is to choose a payment option for your order. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, MasterMoney, Visa, Visa Check Cards, Etronics gift certificates, Pay Pal or a check, money order, or cashier's check from a U.S. bank. Pre-payment is required on all orders. Do not enter spaces or dashes when entering a credit card number.
8. Review and Submit Your Order
Please review your order for accuracy and make any necessary adjustments prior to submitting your order. When your order has been finalized, click the “Place Order” button to complete the process. After your order has been placed, Etronics will send you an email confirmation. You will also be able to print a receipt online of this order. Just click the "For a printable receipt, click here" link.
9. Check the Status of Your Order Order summaries and review are available by clicking the Your Account link located throughout our site. This system provides convenience to the customer so you do not have to contact us by phone.
