APO & FPO Addresses Guam and U.S. Protectorates Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA) Addresses
APO & FPO Addresses Need to enter an APO or FPO address on our order form and having trouble? The below steps should help.
- City field: Enter “APO” or “FPO.”
- State/Province/Region field: If the recipient is stationed in Europe, Canada, Africa, or the Middle East, enter “AE.” If the recipient is stationed in the Americas, enter “AA.” If the recipient is stationed in Asia or the Pacific, enter “AP.”
- Country field: Regardless of where the recipient is stationed you should always select “United States” from the drop-down menu.
If you follow the above steps, you will ensure that you're paying the correct shipping charges and that delivery of your order will occur in prompt fashion. U.S. Priority or First Class Mail is used to send all shipments to APO/FPO addresses. Once the order has been shipped we estimate 5 to 7 business days for delivery. However, it may take up to 21 days for certain destinations.
The following items cannot be shipped to APO/FPO addresses: Most electronics items, camera and photo items, cell phones and service, apparel, computers, house wares, kitchen items, hardware, tools, software (including games), and outdoor living items.
Guam and U.S. Protectorates Need to send something to Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands (U.S.), Guam, American Samoa, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, or Federated States of Micronesia and having trouble? The below steps should help.
- Country field: Select the appropriate country from the drop-down menu. If the desired destination is not listed, choose “United States.”
- Zip Code field: It is very important to double check for the correct zip code.
Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA) Addresses Private mailbox holders cannot use a Post Office Box number for shipment; you must use a local commercial mail receiving agency. Instead of using “Box” for your mailbox number, use # or PMB. This will ensure that your address is not mistaken for a P.O. Box, and that you can receive orders and shipments by way of services other than the U.S. Postal Service.
