Our store does not have a currency converter, but there are a number of Web sites that provide this service. Orders placed on Etronics will be charged in U.S. dollars. Customers residing outside the U.S. should note that your bank will automatically convert this charge into your local currency. Your credit card statement should also reflect your own currency.

Pre-Order Price Guarantee
The prices listed for items that have not yet been released sometimes fluctuate between the time the item is listed for sale and the time it is released and shipped. Pre-orders of certain items are offered to you at the lowest price offered by Etronics between the time you placed your order and the release date. If you go to the order summary under Your Account you can check the lowest price within 24 hours of the price change. For more information about these items, please refer to the product details for the not-yet-released item.
This Pre-Order Price Guarantee applies only to items sold by Etronics and not those items sold by third-party sellers through our Web site.
In the event that your order enters the shipping process prior to the anticipated release date and the price is lowered on the scheduled release date, Etronics will automatically refund you the difference in price.
Post-Order Price Guarantee
From time to time Etronics' prices for released items will change due to one of any number of factors. Should our price for an already-released item be reduced within 30 days after shipping the item to you, we’ll be unable to to refund you the difference. usually the price drop is due to the fact that Etronics received a new shipment at a lower price, which was the case on the one already shipped to you
List Prices
The List Price displayed for products on our Web site unless otherwise noted, represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice. Prices may vary by region, season, or any other number of reasons therefore, please note that the List Price is a comparative price estimate and may not always represent the prevailing price. The List Price on certain items that are offered as a set may represent “open-stock” prices. Items offered for sale by one of our merchants will have their own List Price.

Etronics does not price-match with other retailers however we are constantly on a mission to offer competitive prices on every item we sell.
Confirming Prices
When you place an item in your Shopping Cart the price listed will always reflect the most recent price displayed on that item’s product detail page. Be aware that this price sometimes varies from the price the item was listed for when you first placed it in your cart. Prices are not reserved by placing an item in your cart so letting items sit in your cart for any length of time may result in changes in price. Sometimes an item’s price decreases after placing it in your cart, but before you purchase it.
Please note that when making a purchase which is discounted, some of these are limited-time offers so be aware of the expiration date. Discounts are also dependent on product availability.
Etronics cannot confirm the price of an item until you submit your order however we will not charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. On occasion an item, despite our best efforts, may be mispriced. If the correct price for the product is higher than our listed price, Etronics will either contact you for instructions prior to shipping or cancel your order and notify you of said cancellation.
This policy applies only to products sold and shipped by Etronics and does not apply to purchases made from third-party sellers. Third-party sellers may have their own policies regarding mispriced items and require all payments at the time you place your order.
Bulk Discounts
If you are purchasing items for a corporation or institution, bulk discounts may be available.
Please also note that the availability of listings on our Web site is intended for single-item purchases. Orders for many of the same item may require longer assembly time. When filling out your order form, you will notice an estimated date of shipment displayed on the final page, just prior to submitting your order. After you’ve finished your order, you will be able to review the details and estimated delivery date in Your Account.
Surcharges Special surcharges apply to oversized and extremely heavy items. A notation regarding the surcharge will be marked on the product detail pages for applicable items. Surcharges will vary depending on the weight and size of the item. Surcharges can be found in the Shipping & Handling subtotal of your order.
