However If an item is received with obvious damage during transit by the courier, please show the damage to the driver and have him make a note of it and refuse the shipment, Please email Customer Services to notify us so we may get a head start on a damage claim.
In the event you did not notice the damage before it was delivered please email Customer Services to start a damage claim with the courier.
Please be advised we will issue a reshipment or a refund whenever the claim is resolved.
