What if my order is lost in transit?

Before notifying us about a lost package, Please make sure that the delivery time frame has passed
We ship from Zip 11211 and you can calculate the delivery time for ups by clicking here , if it is in fact lost please email Customer Services to notify us so we may start an immediate tracer with the courier.

Please be advised a tracer with UPS usually takes about 8 business days, (and approx the same with other couriers).

Please be advised we will issue a reshipment or a refund whenever the claim is resolved.
