Oversized or unusually heavy items, which often ship separately from other items in your order, will have a notation on their product detail page that there will be a special handling surcharge associated with such item. The surcharge will vary depending on the dimensions and weight of the item and will usually be calculated for you at the last step of the purchase process before you submit your order. Items requiring special handling typically cannot be shipped outside the United States. These charges will be included in your order’s Shipping & Handling detail.

Shipments of special handling items require an adult signature upon delivery. Once your order has left our fulfillment center en route to your specified delivery address, you will be contacted within 7 business days to designate a time for delivery.
