Once you’ve filled out your order form, there will be an estimated date of shipment noted on the last page, just prior to submitting your order. After placing your order, you’ll be notified of both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail as well as in the relevant order summary in Your Account.

Ordering multiples of an item? Please note that our availability estimates are intended for single purchases of any given item. Orders for high quantities of the same item may take longer to assemble.

Items in our stores may be classified by one of the following types of availability estimates:

• Usually ships in 24hrs: The item is physically in our distribution center and in most cases your order will be processed immediately. During times of higher order volume, your chosen shipping method can affect the processing time. Priority is given to those opting for expedited shipping and handling.
• Usually ships in 2-3 days: The item is stocked by one of our local suppliers. After your order is received, it can take up to 2 or 3 days before the item arrives at our distribution center for immediate shipment.
• Usually ships in 1-2 weeks: The item is stocked by one of our non-local suppliers. After your order is received, it can take up to 2 weeks before the item arrives at our distribution center for immediate shipment.
• Out Of Stock: This item is currently not available for purchase. This status can change frequently, please check back.
• Back Ordered: because of high demand or other variables our suppliers are unable to provide a definitive date, but we hope to be able to ship it to you within 3 to 5 weeks.
• Special Order: this item will be shipped directly to us from the publisher, label, or studio and we will in turn ship it to you within 4 to 6 weeks of your order. Special order items are acquired directly from countless numbers of different suppliers. Some items haven’t ever been ordered from us and may not have even been ordered by any store for quite some time. It is impossible for us to routinely check on each item’s availability so we must depend on the data given to us by our suppliers. Occasionally items go out of print or out of stock; if we have trouble obtaining an item we will notify you within 2 to 3 weeks.
• Not yet published/released or Available for Pre-order: Each item’s product information page will contain release date information. If you wish to pre-order the item, we will ship it to you after the release date when the item is made available to us for shipment. Please note: these on-order items can delay the shipment of other items in your order if you choose the “Group my order into as few shipments as possible” option.
• Limited Availability: This item is not currently available for ordering from Etronics however it may be available from a third-party Etronics seller. If it is available, you can obtain more information by clicking the link in the “Ready to Buy?” box on the right side of the item’s product detail page.
• Out of Print: This item is no longer available from the publisher. You may be able to order the item from a third party in Etronics marketplace.
• Currently Unavailable: This item is currently not available for purchase, and we aren’t sure if or when it will be in stock again.

We will notify you via e-mail should any items you order turn out to be unavailable.
