When will I get my refund?

Etronics will do whatever we can to assure that a refund is processed as soon as possible.

Once we process the package, you will be e-mailed by the receiving department acknowledging receipt, and letting you know how long it will take to process the refund, Please allow 5-7 business days for inspection once your package arrives.

Packages that have a pending claim with the courier will be refunded after the claim was resolved.
