What about restocking fees? How much? When? Why?

Etronics reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% on each return depending on the condition of the return. If however, a package is returned missing any of the manufacturers supplied accessories, packaging or there is obvious damage or visible wear to the unit, etronics reserves the right to reject the return and ship it back. "No returns will be accepted if the manufacturers box and/or packaging material is missing".
