THE OBSESSION Being a total Food Network junkie, I began to notice that the KA is also what many of the chefs (Emeril, Rachel Ray, Ina Gartner etc) use in their "network" kitchens. Whether this is because its a good machine or because its a plug for KA... I'd definitely recommend this for anyone who does a lot of their own baking, but I don't know that I'd recommend it to start a baking business.
